Meet the key players:
Ross is a marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience in retail, sponsorship, public relations, events and commercial strategy. He launched Roco Communications in Hong Kong and Singapore in 2016 before extending the agency’s reach to South-West England in 2021. A sport and lifestyle devotee, he has overseen sponsorship, PR and experiential campaigns for some of the most prominent events in the United Kingdom and Asia. Away from the office, Ross is likely to be found enjoying the great outdoors, thrashing around in the open water or trying in vain to improve his golf handicap.
Chloe has a strong understanding of marketing communications in the sports industry from a number of roles in London, Singapore and Hong Kong over the last 15 years. She has hands-on experience with brands including Rolex, Panasonic, Hilton, Cathay Pacific and UBS, bringing a wealth of experience in client management, event activation and sponsorship programmes. A sports fanatic, Chloe was riding horses before she could walk and nowadays, when she’s not had her fix of sports at work during the day, can usually be found running around a netball court or watching a game of rugby.
A PR veteran with 15 years’ experience, Amy has established herself as a leading media consultant and strategist in Hong Kong with an enviable network of media and influencer relations across the sports, lifestyle and entertainment sectors. Her substantial PR experience in managing both Hong Kong and regional events has delivered worldwide coverage and impressive media ROI for numerous clients and sponsors. Amy’s passion for sports is exceeded only by her love of Hong Kong cuisine and dedication to her family.
Head of strategy at Roco’s former parent company, Rob is a sponsorship, communications and content marketing expert with extensive experience in the sports, arts and culture, and social purpose sectors. A former co-owner of an ATP Men’s Tennis event in London, he brings a wealth of experience and understanding of partnership marketing, content strategy and digital, providing insight and planning support for all major Roco projects. Away from the office, Rob is a committed race-goer and ardent supporter of the Leicester Tigers.
